Namaa Flavors & Fragrances owns and operates its manufacturing facility located at Industrial Zone, Plot 157B, 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. The facility integrates R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and export management within a single industrial ecosystem designed to support consistent quality, scalable production, and reliable supply continuity.
Namaa Flavors & Fragrances has been serving industrial B2B markets since 2015, supplying fragrance, essential oil, and flavor solutions to regional and international customers with stable quality and scalable manufacturing capabilities.
Products & Application Scope
Our products may contain natural ingredients, synthetic aroma chemicals, or a combination of both, depending on application requirements, regulatory frameworks, performance targets, and cost objectives. No product is claimed to be 100% natural unless explicitly stated and documented.
Our core products, including fragrance oils and essential oils, are developed primarily for perfumery, personal care, home care, and industrial applications.
Certain products may be supplied for food-related applications where specifically developed and documented for that purpose.
Product suitability is always defined on a product-by-product basis according to its intended use and regulatory requirements.
Yes. We offer products in different concentration levels, defined according to application, dosage requirements, and performance expectations, and agreed upon prior to order confirmation.
Yes. We provide multiple product grades designed to suit different industrial applications and cost structures. Our technical team supports clients in selecting the appropriate grade based on the intended end use.
R&D, Customization & Sampling
Yes. Our R&D team specializes in custom product development based on reference samples, technical briefs, or specific olfactive directions. Clients may submit a reference sample (typically 10–15 ml) along with application details, target market, and target pricing where applicable.
Yes. Samples are available for qualified B2B customers prior to bulk production. Sample requests are processed through our Samples Portal, subject to project scope and material availability.
MOQ, Packaging & Logistics
MOQ depends on the product category, formulation type, and production batch requirements. To receive an accurate MOQ and quotation, clients should share product details, application, and destination country.
We offer industrial packaging in the following sizes: 0.5 KG, 1 KG, 5 KG, 20 KG, 30 KG, 50 KG, 200 KG, and IBC packaging up to 500 KG, depending on product characteristics and logistics requirements.
Packaging options include aluminium bottles, plastic containers, metal drums, and IBCs, selected to ensure product compatibility and transport safety.
Yes. We support land, sea, and air freight, including international express carriers for door-to-door delivery. Typical express delivery timelines range from 3 to 4 working days for most international destinations, depending on the country and shipping method.
Quality, Compliance & Documentation
Our manufacturing systems operate under ISO 9001 and GMP frameworks. Products are developed in alignment with IFRA guidelines and applicable international safety standards.
We provide SDS / MSDS, COA, and IFRA-related compliance statements where applicable, in addition to standard commercial export documentation. Destination-specific documentation can be discussed based on regulatory requirements.
Confidentiality & Legal Responsibility
Yes. We support confidentiality and intellectual property protection and can operate under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for custom developments and long-term partnerships.
